these interviews with individuals within the videogame industry were conducted, mainly during 1997 by simon 'h0l/simoniker' carless, while he was working full-time in the games industry as a designer. they were originally printed on the www.videogamedesign.com website, which doesn't seem to exist properly anymore. then, www.gameslice.com acquired the contents of that website, but they no longer seem to carry the interviews either, so we thought we'd reprint them here.

all of these interviews were done just for fun, and to talk to people in the games industry that i respected, or thought might have an interesting story to tell. and this page was founded march 2001 to reprint these old interviews, which I hope are interesting despite (or even because of) their vintage. anyhow, feedback/errata welcome here, and bear in mind this was all an awfully long time ago, heh.
